North Street Medical Centre

I want to complain about the amount of time it takes to get through to the surgery to make an appointment. I do not use the automates service as I do not find it helpful. It has cost me £8.26 pence today to make a call. After waiting before I actually was put through to the surgery I was then left for 11 minutes with the phone just ringing reception. This is not acceptable.
